I am never disappointed. In this case, I thought I needed an oil & filter change because the warning lights were telling me so. Mike was able to tell me that my last oil change was only 2,000 miles ago and no, I did not need it changed. My car doesn't know we are using synthetic oil, so the lights go off much sooner than necessary. He gave my car a once over and found I only was down one quart, which he filled for me. I was out of there in under 30 minutes.
They've always been so reliable and easy to work with. Very friendly and I trust them I've referred them many times.
