I thought there would be more info. The one big item they found. they did "Not" give a cost for the repair. I asked for the repair cost. NO info ! ! !

I have work,so i asked my son to bring it in.A Flat tire- my car have the spare on. Setting up the appointment took long, he called monday and only availability was on Thursday morning. He left the flat tire in the shop,and service took 2 hours. He also asked for tire rotation,i am looking at the invoice and not sure if it was done. Can you tell me if tire rotation was done?

I have been going here over 2 or more years...AAA discount...the work is very good but very expensive, The first time I went I mentioned AAA expected it to stay in file or at least be asked, no such. I won't be going back very dry and not personally. I spend money I don't have on any '05 could use some personal touch not necessarily a soda

Went to get an oil change, very happy with the turn around time. The only negative thing I would have to say is good thing I read my paper when I got home because it states that my transmission fluid is bad and it smells burned. I was upset because no one notified me besides handing me that paper. I wish someone would have called me when my car was already there I would have changed it then rather than having to bring it in on another day. I’m pretty sure the transmission fluid is important right?

I appreciate the detailed invoice and estimate on car repair. I keep these "notes" to document the history of repairs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They are busy and it shows. For this reason, I rated them average. I will return and trust them for sound advice on the care and maintenance of my vehicle.
