I've been to Independent Auto Repair 3 times now with my 2005 Prius, and each time the professional, friendly service I get, is what I keep coming back for. The staff is very knowledgeable and actually saved me money on a car key that needed to be repaired. One morning they were giving out carnations to customers, made me feel special-who does that? I believe their prices are competitive and reasonable and they don't overcharge. Everything on the bill is explained to me before they start the work, no surprises. The shuttle service is great too! I will definitely keep coming back.
