A tad pricey, but not outrageous. Very friendly, clean facility, convieient location, good work, I would recommmend. Definitely above average.
Very organized , professional , clean & good service.
Manager Mike was extremely helpful and caring. Cost of labor was a bit high and AAA discount was minimal (only $50). Facility was very clean. Overall they helped make a bad situation much easier for us.

Very good experience with Independent Repair. I took my car in for routine maintenance and to repair a tire. The staff was very friendly and clear in their communication-- I knew what was being done and how much it would cost... and that cost was reasonable. I didn't give 5 stars because there was a minor delay in completing the work. That said, they handled it correctly: they called me ahead of time to inform me of the delay and offered me a discount for any inconvenience. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Independent Repair.
