I've been coming to Independent Repair and Tire Pros since I moved to the South Bay in 2015. From the beginning, Mike and his team have been knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and maybe most important of all, honest. Mike spends time to answer questions and explain things, and has a genuine care to get things right. He's honest, gives you his perspective on practical solutions, and doesn't nickel and dime. I've purchased tires from here on two separate occasion (not a small purchase), and have gotten other significant work done to my car. In all cases, I left feeling taken care of and, more importantly, not feeling like I'd been taken advantage of. It's a great feeling knowing you've found a trustworthy mechanic who you can rely on to give it to you straight. Thank you Mike and team for all of your help over the years!

Have been going to this shop for years, and I always feel taken care of. There was one time where I was given an estimate that ended up being way below what it should have been (don't quite remember all the details, it was a few years ago), and they honored the estimate since it had been their mistake.
