12 MONTH OR 12,000 MILE WARRANTY
ON ALL SERVICE AND REPAIRS
The repairs performed by INDEPENDENT REPAIR including parts
(new), are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever
comes first. If any of our repairs or servicing are not
done to your satisfaction, please return or call. We will
gladly arrange a time to check or redo the repairs to your
satisfaction. There will not be a charge for this service
if the problem is related to repairs or parts still under
warranty. We will, if needed, pay for towing up to $30.00.
We cannot be held responsible for repairs or problems caused
by work or parts by another shop or party, or for parts
purchased from anyone other than INDEPENDENT REPAIR; not
responsible or liable for any financial losses that may
occur by not having your vehicle. There are no other warranty
expressed or implied.

REQUIREMENTS
Love your new car but wish you didn't have bring it back
to the dealership for service to keep the warranty in
effect? Many new car buyers are under the impression they
must go back to the dealership to have their vehicle serviced
or the warranty will be voided.
The truth is, you don't! The only time you need to go
to the dealership is for actual warranty repair ( safety
recall, parts failing during warranty period etc.).
As long as you have your car serviced at the intervals
required by the manufacturer, and keep all your service
records in order (proof of service) your warranty obligations
are fulfilled.
Independent Repair meets or exceeds new car and extended
warranty requirements and take great pride in providing
our valuable customers with the highest quality service
possible.
FREE RENTAL CAR WHEN SERVICE OR REPAIRS EXCEED $400.00
Independent Repair will provide a free rental car for one
(1) day if your service or repair bill exceeds $400.00.
We can arrange to have Enterprise Rental Car pick you
up when you drop you car off and bring you back to the
shop when your car is ready!
Free rental car offer is NOT VALID when using other discounts!
We DO NOT pay for any insurance or vehicle upgrades.
Insurance and vehicle upgrades are the sole responsibility
of the customer.
In order to qualify for a free rental car you must:
1: Be at least twenty one (21) years old.
2: Have a valid drivers license.
3: Have a valid major credit card.
4: Not use coupons or any other discounts.
SERVICE PLUS POINTS
Owner James Chen, was looking for a way of saying thank
you to the thousands of clients that have been having their
cars serviced with us for so many years and for referring
us to friends and family. So in 1991, he implemented Service
Plus and our customers loved it!
This is how it works. For every dollar you spend at Independent
Repair, 1 point is added to your account. When you refer
a friend or family member( first time customers only)
to us we add 250 points to your account. Once you accumulate
enough points you can use them for free oil changes, minor
services or major services!*
500 points = free oil change
1,000 points = free minor service
3,500 points = free major service *
* maximum value $350.00
